The Conflict Resilience Lab badge verifies applied competency in real-time conflict leadership. Earners demonstrated the ability to regulate their nervous system under stress, apply PNR (Pause–Name–Reset), surface interests beneath positions, de-escalate in live situations, and design small-scale prototypes that strengthen psychological safety and team culture.
